| If you need to relax and get more balanced this is for you!! The sessions begins with a discussion of some basic heath and treatment information. Next, you are encouraged to get comfortable by loosening clothing or removing shoes and jewelry. Our therapist places their hands just lightly on or just above your body, usually starting at your head and working down towards your feet. Once your energy flow is smooth at the front you are encouraged to roll over and the healing continues on your back. You will breathe deeply while relaxing feeling a sense of flowing heat, coolness, or tingling. |
