Serenity's estheticians are dedicated to their work, and wish to primarily ensure your comfort during the waxing experience. For waxing clients, we have the following recommendations:

• Hair should be at least 1/4" in length.
• Refrain from shaving for at least a week prior to your session.
• You may wish to take an over-the-counter anti-inflammatory [IE, Advil] prior to your appointment.
• Tanning within a 48-hour time period of waxing is not recommended.
• Maintenance between appointments should include some exfoliation to help clear the pores of dead skin cells.
• If you are using Retin-A or acne topicals, consult your physician before scheduling an appointment.
