| I love the new Shellac polish at Serenity Spa. Because I'm in healthcare I wash my hands a lot and most manicures don't last very long. This stuff is great! My French manicure last 2 weeks!

Gale and my experience has always been positive from the front desk (Rhonda) to the operators. I enjoy the massage, both in the operator as well as the setting. Gale of course loves the facial by Stacy and manicure/pedicure by Tineka.

| Have you ever had to weigh in or be measured to retain you career? Well I have and yesterday was big day for me and I was not sure what the results would have been had I not gone in for an Ionithermie Treatment. It not only gave me an all over feeling of well-being I lost the inches I needed!

| Hi Lynn,
Just wanted you to know how much I have enjoyed coming to Serenity for over three years now (since we have been coming to Willmsburg regularly during our house design/build phase, and espcially since we are all moved in now). I have been impressed by the friendly staff, the professional nail techs, most especially Caitlin, and the relaxed way they all have of making me feel comfortable. Jeff has been my terrific hairdresser and I like having the private room as my hair is thinning; that makes it more comfortable for me, too. Tracey does the most amazing facials and is so kind and encouraging.
Recently I brought my 19 yr old niece in for her first manicure and it was done just right. We had a fun time together with the friendly staff. Thanks for the way you all make each appointment a pleasure.
